Big Trash Is GONE!!!

All day, Sunday the 8th and Monday 9th, after work, we CLEANED!  Richard’s work friend, Kent, loaned us a 14′ dump trailer with sides so we could fill it with all the big stuff and get it out of the way for good.  To this point everything had been piled in the middle of each room and sat there.  After much hard work in 100 degree temps, we got that trailer filled and it will be hauled and dumped on Wed. morning – YAY!!!  These pics are where we’re at now.  What a difference from just two weeks ago.  The original linoleum is staying…  I can’t wait to mop the floors, it will really help the dust issue.  Then I’m painting the kitchen 🙂  Richard hopes to run electric this weekend at least to the kitchen.  We’ll keep you posted!

John, the plumber, is supposed to drop by at some point today to install a spigot in the basement so we at least have water for cleaning.  He’ll start the full interior project in 2-3 weeks as he’s the only plumber in 50 miles and booked until then.  Kurt, the electrician, is coming today (!!!!!) to dig the ditch for the underground electric, gas & fiber optic (phone, internet & TV).  Kurt will also install the outside electric meter base and wire the main to the interior panel box that Richard installed.  The fiber optic spool has been dropped off (large spool of orange wire you see in yard) and will go underground after elec & gas.

We are moving right along!!!!!  Richard’s at work and it’s going to be a hectic day, so off I go –
